How could you? Apparently I never ever blogged about them…..becuase for the last 20 minutes I’ve been searching my site trying to find their blog post to link to….RRRRR ok, I’m starting to make myself mad……So here is my ODE to Jake and Emily……..it was a nice end of summer day LAST year :0 and we met up at Tumalo falls…I hadn’t been out there FOREVER….so we hiked up to the top and took some most AWESOME pictures for their Engagement…….Did you know that I include an engagement session for FREE when you hire me as your wedding photographer?? It’s a great way to get to know each other so that when the BIG day comes you feel as if we are BFF’s!!!!! ANYHOO…here are some pics from that session….but keep reading…..

 

ANYHOO—-Emily called me the other day to take pics of her kiddos!!! OMG they are SO cute!!! We decided to do an urban session with them, she dressed them SO cute and we had a blast! We hit up downtown, the studio, and the park!!!WOW! Emily seems to do it all, she is SUPER WOMAN!!! She has been in college and is graduating THIS week as part of her school she also had to put in a ton and a half of hours at clinics in town (she’s gonna be a nurse) has the 2 kids, planning her wedding for July, spent some time in the hospital with her kiddos (welcome to my life)  and on top of that is the NICEST person in the whole world…I’ve held a few fund raisers and she is always the first to help out with them! I honestly don’t know how she does it I’m stoked to have met her and Jake! I can not wait to Join them in Maui….in OMG one month….I’m beyond excited!!!!!! SO meet their kiddos, Brooklynn and Brock!!!!

In the best way possible. I have worked hard this year and had a GREAT YEAR and I’ve taken some beautiful pictures. I have to toot my own horn a little and say I’m VERY VERY proud of myself. I have taken on  A LOT this year and most of it has gone smoothly! I have learned some GREAT lessons in business and friendship, and trying to balance family with owning my own business. With that said I will be taking the rest of december and probably most of January off. During this time I will be working on reorganizing and restructuring my business to give all my loyal customers (THANK YOU)  “MORE”- when you come to see me in the Spring and Summer. I’m so excited to show everyone all the “cooky” little ideas that my brain has been cooking up and just have not had time to execute!

With all that said, IF you are already on the books for a session, or I’m working on custom products for you, I’m Not Bailing on you, and I will be blogging along the way about what I’m up to :)

THE ONLY EXCEPTION I will be making in my time off, is for little TINY newborns!!! Those newborns just cant wait to be photographed. ON THAT SAME NOTE- I’m wanting to update my newborn portfolio and will be offering a limited amount of FREE sessions for newborns so if you will have a Newbie and are willing to come in during the first week of your babies arrival, I would LOVE you to get in contact with me!!!! It’s very possible that I will be offering some more “modeling” sessions as I work on my new Marketing Campaign and will need some models!!! SO stay tune, and please add me as a friend on Facebook to keep up to the minute with me.
