Rescheduling my appointment

OK- so you schedule your appointment and something really important came up…….

I ask that you tell me ASAP if you know that you are not going to be able to make your appointment……….if you make an appointment with me I seriously rearrange my “other life” so that I can take wonderful pictures of you or your family or child….I take time off my job, I find childcare, I don’t go on vacation etc…..SO I require that you give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel your session or your deposit is waved.

 You are allowed ONE reschedule, due to the above circumstances. Obviously sometimes thing happen, people get hurt or sick and I TOTALLY understand sick kiddos…I would not want to take pics of them with snot running down there faces anyways…I’m a mom, I get it….just PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!!

Please do not reschedule due to a small scratch or a blemish on your skin….I will edit your skin and make you look perfect! I PROMISE!

Your Session Fee IS NON REFUNDABLE! Once you schedule you appointment- it holds your time, and I will not allow ANYONE else that time, Therefore It is non refundable…..if youreschedule once, that is fine….if you reschedule again you will have to sign up for a new appointment and pay for a new time slot. NO EXCEPTIONS! If Jen Cancels your appointment due to weather or some other circumstance this does not count for YOU rescheduling. If you have questions PLEASE contact Jen!
